The two videos below refer to an earlier campaign to save Upper Norwood Library from closure. The Croydon Tories have form in wanting to close local libraries. Their plans for Upper Norwood library are still not clear. They plan to close 6 Croydon libraries, but have not said what they want to do with Upper Norwood library. In a referendum in Upper Norwood 99.7% of people backed Upper Norwood Library. We believe that the public will back the 6 libraries in Croydon that the Tory Council wishes to close now.
