It has information from the Tory flagship borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Council on proposals to change communities, sell council estates with good views of the river and help change Hammersmith and Fulham.

The Conservatives have promised 'Bold' housing legislation. The Leader of Hammersmith & Fulham has proposed full market rents alongside security of tenure to fall away for council tenants and housing association tenants.
