After months of delays, the Tory Croydon Council has announced a further delay to their plans.
The final three commercial bidders have now detailed their plans to the Council, but the Tories in Croydon are refusing to release the details of the 'soloutions' put forward.
The Croydon Guardian has an article on it.
Croydon Labour remains opposed to incineration and instead is calling for proper recycling and new 'green' technologies such as anerobic digestion.
