17th July 2010 10am-1.00pm: United Reform Church, Addiscombe Grove: Menta announces a second consultation event for Saturday 17th July 2010. It states that this is the first in a series of opportunities for local people to feed in their views. Menta state that they are going to submit their planning application later this year, likely to coincide with the adoption by Croydon of the new East Croydon Masterplan planning guidance later this year.

What is interesting about the invite is the attached plan which highlight the areas along Cherry Orchard Road earmarked for development, and it is clear that the Post Office Sorting Office is not now included in their proposal, which was the site of the office skyscraper on corner of Addiscombe Road and Billington Hill.
